I use the sideboard to set the deck up to play more for late game and so i can take out cards that play little effect late game

You don't want cards for ; "Late Game" . You want cards that will potentially catch your opposing player off-guard, like counters to their decks. For example; They're playing a zombie/re-animate deck, and you have; Grafdigger's Cage, it will shut down there re-animating in there graveyard, so therefor; they won't be able to bring there Zombies back from the dead.
