If you want a great deck baised around zombie mill, check mine out, http://www.mtgvault.com/dynathy/decks/cipher-grave-control/. You can build it for under a hundred dollars, just look for some good deals. Not to mention, I would have no problem bring that deck to a tournament if that is something you'd be into. When you are running a mill deck, you don't need a fist full of mill cards when you are using undead alchemist. You don't even need a fist full of zombies. Sure, you can swarm them with zombies but it leaves you open to some of the control you'll be seeing.
One major flaw is traumatize, it is the only non standard legal card you have, take it out so you can run it at the average tourneys.Also dynathy is right, you should run some control. One thing you could do if you were running something like murder is to build up zombies with alchemist, and once you have a good amount you can murder him and attack for game which is easier
