This deck has a lot of low elves and remain neutral for most of the game until you draw something strong such as Artisan or dual scalelords using congregation, then you combo either two scalelords with Overwhelming stampede and thrive for infinite attack and health and trample with everything you have and swing with one elf. Using cards like Selvala allow you to make friends easily and Comboing Congregate and Pollenbright wings make for a easy army, thrive and one scalelord with a lot of mana ramp elves allow to easily make his a strong fighting force because all elves pay for the cost of thrive on themselves.
