A white blue control deck where the mirror-sigil sergeant is the finisher. Brave the elements, negate and cancel to protect your 4/4 after it comes out. Time Warp and Magosi for extra turns -> upkeep -> more rhinos. Ponder is there to make your draws better. Some pretty early defenders. Rite of Replication is in there for fun. =) Sphinx serves as an alternative finisher, in the event that your opponent has a charged Pyromancer's Ascension. Give opponents an extra turn or two in the beginning with magosi when you have 1 or 2 counterspells in hand and maybe 2 or 3 lands. Sideboard Spreading Seas to deal with multicolored decks (Jund/Naya). Path for aggro control. Flashfreeze against Jund/Boros. To keep it budget savvy, you can swap out the Glacial Forthress for Sejiri Refuge (although it will set you back a turn, and make it riskier to play Magosi).

I was actually looking up mirror-sigil the day before I saw this challenge, and I have to say he looks more interesting each deck I see with him. My friend doesn't play, and he said he would only do it to buy a deck so good it could beat my group consistently... I think something like this is what he's looking for, kudos.
