and reverberate is just good to play with all the spells in here.... and who knows, opponents play good spells too :) .... oh does anyone know if I can reverberate a counterspell at itself?

yeah I didn't realize it but you can swing with Chandra's Phoenix and then sac it to Artillerize, sac happens first so she's in the graveyard when the 5 damage hits and she goes back to your hand. For one more mana you can sac her to Altar's Reap then Brimstone Volley and draw two cards then get her back in your hand (which would only cost 3 mana if you had a gob grenade and a goblin to sac instead of Brimstone Volley)

would Curse of Stalked Prey put counters on a Goblin Fireslinger for ping damage?

this gob deck is pretty insane too. It uses more late game functions to deal with control (altars reap in response to a removal spell or Day is just amazing). Please comment

If shock goes into the deck then it would replace incinerate. I figured incinerate would be better because it takes down a lot more creatures. But shock is probably a better choice to deal with turn 2 inkmoth nexus. I also wanted to check out how act of aggression would fit in here as a final bomb card. A bomb game ender for 3 mana... good shit

What makes this deck even better is that it automatically wins against some matchups, like tempered steel.

this looks a lot like pre-rotation bant pod lol. My pod builds are usually aggressive. I can't wait for more of the block to come out so we can have faster play. it won by turn 5 almost every game, and by turn 6 every game.. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=220845

I like the alternate win condition (venser + stonehorn) .... but it just seems slow to me. I guess I just like having big creatures out really soon rather than control cards. hmmm let me think about alternatives, because all the good cards I can think of rotated out.

And Moldgraf is easy to get out. I can either sun titan sac and get him... or i dunno... use one of my 8 mana producing guys and 3 land fetch guys to get him out a little early.... the sac chain is actually really sexy... all one drops produce mana. the 2 drop is fucking amazing .... oh i dunno a 5/6 or a mana fetch guy... then 3 drops are ... lets see a 5/6 flying... or exarch to untap something and continue going with the turn. ... then it gets fun with the 4-6 chain. It starts with getting mausoleum guard.... ok sac him (get 2 flyers) grab geist honored monk... oh look another 2 flyers.... then what, I dunno swing for a bitch ton... or maybe sac for a sun titan and get something back from the grave... that doesnt sound amazing or anything. Then if i want to be a cock i can swing with sun titan, get something back then pod him into Moldgraf. Then its pretty much over from there. The deck is faster than it looks.... but not nearly as fast as turbo pod from before rotation.

cards take double effects in this deck. 8 mana producing creatures. I could make it 12 if I wanted to push some other stuff out, but 8 seems good for now. But I can either use them to produce mana to cast something, or use them to produce mana to sac themselves to pod. It's not hard to play a superion (granted not nearly as easy as it was before rotation) but thats why I play 2 of each instead of 4. Skaab Ill be able to play real soon actually. Superion would be the dead card. But at any rate, i think being able to turn a birds into a superion is worth it to risk drawing a potentially dead card. When I could play joraga treespeaker and lotus cobra, casting superion was never a concern, do you think I need more mana producers?

a really good play that no one else seems to see but me is. Birthing pod into deceiver exarch, target birthing pod to untap, then use pod again.

Heres the build I promised you, it may not seem like it, but a veteran player can win by turn 5 every game with this deck. If you need help figuring out how I can do play-by-plays for you

I'd play vampire nighthawk instead of blood tithe, personally i think blood tithe sucks really bad, i understand you need to gain life to pay it in order to rite the wall at your opponents face (basically a fling huh?) ... another take at this might actually be a black / red fling /rite .. and instead of gaining life just put good burn spells to get your opponent at least 1 life below you then fling or rite it at them..... also another good creature to rite or fling is... whats his name mortis dogs? its 4 mana for a 2/2 that gets +2+0 whenever it attacks and deals damage to target creature or player equal to its power when it dies... so wing, deal 4 damage, fling or rite and deal 8 additional damage. Good luck with the deck :)
