Fastest doesn't include control so take out the disks and put in kiln fiend or chandra's spitfire. Maybe been a goblin guide.

suicide black agro is good, since yur mainboarding spellbombs maybe you should take out like 2 swamps and put in dragonskull summit or something, that way you wont lose your tempo but will still be able to draw cards sometimes. Drawing cards is one of the most powerful engines in this game. possibly some black spellbombs against vengevine deck or similar graveyard-based decks.

play saclands (its just better tempo altogether because you can sac them on your opponent's turn if needed for landfall trigger to target your creature with groundswell to save it if needed, plus it thins out your deck of lands, allowing you to draw useful cards) and memnite is only in the deck in the case that you have tainted strike in your hand? or maybe chump blocker? with no removal it would seem hardpressed to see you getting memnite, birds, and tainted strike in your opening hand along with 2 pump spells (and the appropriate mana) for the turn 2 win. theres something called overaggressive and overreaching, with no removal how do you handle big creatures that can simply block your goblins and kill them off? first strike wont save you everytime. And also lets say turn 4 they play day of judgment, seems like you lose to that right there, but this is all of course just "what if". Hopefully your late-game is as good as your early game. Go Go Siege-gang commander lol. Sideboard Hero of oxid ridge against players who plays walls. (a possible lategame card is quest for the goblin lord) Also Ruinblaster is just a really good card for the mere fact that it blows lands up. Check out my Aggro goblin deck (it was standard when I made it)

traumatize out and something better in, traumatize is literally the worst mill card printed, it hits so little cards for the amount of mana paid. try hedron crab or something good like that. And I disagree with Szadek, he is way expensive to play, I'm sure theres better. Good luck :)

splash blue for 4 mana leak? i wouldnt .... but its your deck, if it was mine I would just put good black removal in... grasp of darkness, doomblade, go for the throat, consuming vapors, etc...

urs is good for pumping up... might want to consider fuel for the cause so you can counter then add +1+1 counters on all ur guys. I made an ally deck (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=92143) but it has 2 win conditions, and damage isn't one of them. It actually wins by mill and lifegain, same colors and it is fast as hell, much faster than it looks. Harabaz druid is freaking beast
