play saclands (its just better tempo altogether because you can sac them on your opponent's turn if needed for landfall trigger to target your creature with groundswell to save it if needed, plus it thins out your deck of lands, allowing you to draw useful cards) and memnite is only in the deck in the case that you have tainted strike in your hand? or maybe chump blocker? with no removal it would seem hardpressed to see you getting memnite, birds, and tainted strike in your opening hand along with 2 pump spells (and the appropriate mana) for the turn 2 win.
