I'd like some feedback and suggestions on how to speed up Chandra and Pyromancer's Gautlet

Go for Guttersnipe to convert your spells into raw damage.
I know him very well, but this is a thematic deck, and even if it was not, I don't see how it fits in here, as Chandra's Spitfire has a greater damage (+3 against +2 from Guttersnipe)
That will work about half the time; when the Spitfire is not blocked, and it'll pretty much only apply to instants. With Guttersnipe, it's real damage, rather than a creature which can be destroyed, blocked, or damage prevented. It also can be very hard to keep blockers on your field in some games, and only eight creatures in a deck can be a little underwhelming.
