Good work with the cheap cmc slivers. You should consider muscle sliver, predatory sliver and/or sinew sliver to give slivers +1/+1 for each one of those in play (they all cost 2 land - 1 is white, 2 are green). The only other problem here is your land. If you don't have cavern of souls, you can't cast anything. Thran Quarry will work but only if you're able to play a sliver on turn 1 because if not, you lose it at end of turn. You're restricting yourself to 8 land to cast stuff early. If you're going to play this then I would suggest adding in manaweft sliver and/or gemhide sliver to get some extra mana of any colour. Just my thoughts.

I know and I understand your concern with the mana and damage, you're right if you have these caverns forced to put the gems, but the Thran is perfect, given that early game you have two or more slivers in table since the configuration is made for two can shift down a minimum two more having fallen one in the Pirma shift or down three if you played vial.and I have only included the others that give +1 / +1 on the bench, because considering the synergy of which are cost one hacerca to create a difference in attack 3 damage, besides flying and first strike therefore were raised very seriously if interested bloquar or not, besides that it would have to tend to attack with one creature that would increase this difenrencia thanks to the cathedrals of war
