The goal was to build a very cheap mill deck, that would work in Commander gamesAny advice on which cards would work better is appreciated, but my over all goal is keep this under $100 deck, which is why there isn't a force of will, maze, or wasteland in the deck.
The idea is that you should be able to protect yourself somewhat with the walls, and once Phenax hits the table using them to mill your opponents out. Obviously this will be difficult in a multi-player game once people see what you are doing, but all of your mill should be very repeatable, meaning that you should be milling 20 cards or so a turn while holding up counterspells for defense.
