a vamp deck with no kill creature destruction, thats gonna come back and bite you. (no pun intended) it kinda puts you at the mercy of your opponent
Scratch the Blightning and mind Sludge...... the Akoum Refuge and Eternity Vessel. if you really feel the need for discard theres Bloodhusk Ritualist you could add that still fits the vamp theme. Noctournus is the best of the best, you need him. Also Nighthawk and Child of Night add lifelink to the deck, then you need some kill cards like Doom Blade, Feast of Blood and Urge to Feed.... I love this..... well..... I love this kind of deck. As previously stated you're lacking on the defense side of things, playing black and red you have no reason not to use Terminate and/or Doom Blade. Please check out my version http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=34707
"also you have way too many destroy enchantments. get some of you own and you could have some better synergy with your deck." I believe that all those destroy enchantments go rather well with Enchanted Evening.... making Tempest of Light better than any mass removal card out there, and Demystify the ultimate control card

Wow.... if you priced out that deck it would be crazy, mainly because you added 8 fetch for no reason. Trade the fetch lands for basic.
nice soldier deck, I would cut the blue as you only have a total of 4 blue cards in the deck
Dark Ritual may be a good addition, Memory jar runs in the spendy side at 5. I might try Wheel of Fortune instead
