It's focus is being a kind of "aggro" gaining some life and playing with lots of monsters and counters. As fast as possible.
Blue has lots of aggravated creatures.

Unless you're trying to exile for some reason why not put in Naturalize instead of Fade to Antiquity for 2 mana instead of 3?
