Ditch Rift Bolt for Browbeat. It'll give you some draw or provide a bit more damage.I have an elemental/burn deck and I run Nova Chaser, Incandescent Soulstroke, and Rush of Blood.Nova Chaser + Rush of Blood = 20 damageUse Incandescent Soulstroke to save on the mana.Other than that, our decks are pretty similar. I like the idea of using Assault Strobe. That's a vicious move!

I actually built this for a buddy that is just starting out. Trying to keep shit cheap and simple. If I did build this myself I would include some of the mentioned cards. I put them in the sideboard so I wouldn't forget lol.
