Just a fun deck I made this week with a very low budget. Tips: Get Sphere Of Safety on your field( so your opponent can't attack you easily if you have a lot of Enchantment ). The win condition is to boost Invisible Stalker with Ethereal Armor and others stuffs...

If you are really a fan of Azorius then I'll suggest you to add Azorius Arrester, Azorius Justiciar and Cloudshift in your deck, instead of those non Azorius creatures.

There's no good uw creatures in return to ravnica, seriously, I can't find others good cards except Lyev Skyknight and Judge's Familiar, that's why I prefer Stalker( he's the best creature that fits in a UW deck in T2), he's the main win condition of this deck.
