not really, i've never thought about devour decks. i was thinking Jund though (sprouting thrinax)
i mean hand removal would help.. imagine devouring 5 creatures, then getting unsummoned next turn
Jund was the real start of devour in my opinion. I would agree with that haha. maybe some Anti blue stuff would help reduce that chance. Adding boil? A 4cmc red destroy all islands. And definitely needs more spams...
exactly. jund gives sick card advantage too. 2 skullmulcher's, more hand removal such as duress/ inquisition of kozilek against aggro/ or even slaughter games. liliana of the veil could work, but again idk if it fits into devour decks, throwing away a sprout for a detention sphere could work ;3
