It's a fairly straight-forward Voltron deck. It uses enchantresses and Sram to draw cards for casting enchantments, and so it tries to use enchantments for everything. Enchantments for mana fixing, enchantments for artifact and enchantment removal, Theros-block enchantment creatures, etc.This is a budget deck, so it's missing some things that Uril would really like to have, like Replenish, Enchantress's Presence, Daybreak Coronet and Angelic Destiny.
You just throw a bunch of auras on Uril and go on a commander-damage rampage. The main thing required to get started is Trample, found on Armadillo Cloak, Runes of the Deus, and Unflinching Courage.
