I'm a fairly new player this is the 5th deck I made and the only one I actually spent a fair ammount of time making. This is the first deck I have posted on here and I'm looking for suggestions on how to make my deck better and what rating people would give it and remember I'm a fairly new player. I have also thought about doing some local tournaments let me know if this would be a decent deck to use.

I don't see any mono white spells in this deck, so the tap ability of the Liege won't trigger often alone. Therefore, I will refrain from recommending Royal Assassin. It's pretty expensive, too. Still, I think you have enough removal to remove 2 Slagwurm Armor and add 2 more Cloaks. Unblockability is pretty useful. Shroud too.
