I'd almost say drop Gideon's Avenger: you want your opponent to be tapping more, not less. Maybe Court Street Denizen? Gideon's Lawkeeper?

I say keep Gideon's Avenger, he will be tapping their creatures, doesn't matter if they do or not. Him gaining a giant creature just by continually tapping is awesome. And Gideon's Lawkeeper would be a nice add if you could find a spot for him.
