Overall this idea needs some backup... You will especially need cards against someone who plays stuff like emrakul. Also I think you need mesmeric orb to selfmill as a strategic way to replay lots of stuff, and this might be a way to play with lingering souls as well to boost the performance of undercity informer. (You want to play cheap critters to sac fast, since at least 6 critters are needed to mill a deck. Bloodghast?) Perhaps stuff like myr servitor can also help.
