Deck Description

From the first day I was introduced to magic I always wanted to make a Kraken deck.
Blue doesn't have much mana ramp though and Krakens are expensive.
Enter Quest for Ula's Temple, the only card you need!

I've been testing this out against my playgroup and its worked so far, I've seen simular things online, but I tried to add my own touches to it.

Simic Skyswallower- needed a flying leviathan that wouldn't wipe my board, also unaffected by Stormtide
Stormtide- must have Win Condition in this deck
Inkwell- Stormtide's best Friend
Grozoth - Inkwell's best Friend
Wrexial - Because Swampwalk
Augry Owl,Ponder, and Halimer Depth - to make sure you can get charges on Ula's Temple
Whelming Wave- Win condition in this deck, play it smartly.
Kraken Hatchlng and all other creatures- Charges on Ula's temple

Whelming Wave and Storm Tide are really good win condition

I tried to keep spells as low as possible to help get charges on Ula's temple
that's why I have added various creatures that are the creature equivalent of spells.

Constructive Criticism is appreciated!

Testing Clockspinning
.....
Success! !!
Clock spinning works Wonderfully!

How to Play

Mulligan until you get Quest and an Island.
If you end up not getting them then it'll get risky, but its possible to find Ula's temple then ramp it up while hiding behind frost.
Fear enchantment hate as it will rape you!!!

Play Ponder,Halimer Depth, Clockspinning, and Augry Owl to get those charges on Quest for Ula's Temple.

Once you get Ula's Temple up you may place a Kraken, Leviathan, Serpent, octopus from your hand to the battlefield at each end step.
Yes that means your opponents endstep!

Prioritize putting Grozoth down first to reload on the Kraken/Leviathans, but if your going up against discard remember that you don't have to load all your ammo into your hand

If you want to win a game with 1-4 mana this is it.

This is a fun deck, so Have Fun!

Wait a sec,
What's wrong with 61 cards?
Sorry it's just I don't know XD
I always kept them at 60, but today i'm testing clock spinning so I tweaked it to 61.

But also you need more lands you will be stuck while playing without 24 lands

I find I can win with very few lands,
I've won with 1 land thanks to Ula's Temple! (the guy got really mad)
I can't play half of the stuff here anyway, I only rely on mana to play the cheap costing creatures, enchantments, and instants.
Ula's Temple is what is bringing my leviathans into the battlefield.

Since ula's Temple only gains Charges through creatures I have resorted to cutting back on spells and lands in order to run Ula's temple more efficiently.

You might consider Arcane Laboratory or Winter Orb they work really well in my Ula deck

Cool idea!
Hmm I like winter orb better than Lab though, some games you might not get to 3 lands.
