Then, to be sure you get the sovereign easilly, you should add up some sea gate loremaster. The kazandu or Hada freeblade will still get big enough to kill everything and deal a lot of dmg. Have you ever thought of adding join the ranks ?
Probably not since he added Rest for the Weary... Agree, it nets 8 life, but then Join the Ranks can get you 10 times that if you've abused your shapeshifters long enough. Which brings me to another card, called "clone". Dunno if it's legal but i though i saw it in m11...
