Actually, I think a 3/3 split of IoK and Thoughtsieze would be better, in my opinion. Thoughtsieze is a great card, and has less chance of being dead (since it has almost no restrictions).In the board, maybe give a thought to a Gaddock Teeg in place of one Spellskite? I'm not sure what your meta is like, so if there's a good reason for 2 Spellskites, please let me know.

I'd pull a Lightning Bolt and the Banefire for a pair of Kiora, the Crashing Wave. She can paralyze an attacker if need be, and lets you Explore with her minus. Just my thoughts.

Some form of board wipe would be a good idea. Also, you'll have to replace the KCI in the sideboard.
Swap out the Delvers for more Hedron Crabs, and the Mind Grinds for Mission Briefings. Just my thoughts.
