Well the only modifications I would make would be to drop your creatures down to 4 of both token producers. The others are cool but not nessicary. You don't seem to be running any bounce, which to me is a must, so I would use the newly opened slots to add 4 cyclonic rifts, remove cerulean wisps for into the roil. That would leave 3 slots for either snap caster or call to mind. Snap caster is more difficult to deal with, but you can produce drakes by continually pulling back a pair of call to mind. After that it turns into side boarding specific counter cards to deal with different mechanics.
This is just my opinion. But then I enjoy playing blue. So I'm a little odd.
