You should run reanimate, hellcarver demon, lake of the dead and some tutors and if possible final punishment these cards work well for a demon deck and hellcarver is an amazing example, for if you wanted to run some multicolored demons such as radkos the defiler or prince of thralls he works wonderfully

if your going red/black dragons you should prob get a vampiric dragon he would be a god addition
awesome combo of red white cards with equipments a definite +1 in my books
nice deck pretty simple but effective only thing i would suggest would be maybe 2 goblin siege commanders
great combination of merfolks and mill nice job
