Deck discussion for delicious rakdos pie under $15

I like theme. Maybe add a little more to bring creatures back. Other than that seems good.

thanks for the comment. I was kind of thinking that same thing, though wasn't sure how to get it in.

i would get two copies of immortal servitude, they will bring back all your low mana cost and even higher ones if you have the mana.

hmmm might be good for the sideboard. the idea of the deck isn't as much about my creatures though as about stealing my opponents. I am looking for answers for control type decks though and that might be a neat idea. I can prob take out the gatekeepers as they aren't really doing anything in playtesting- don't have enough gates. thanks for the idea

I would take out the Showstoppers for some burn spells, say Lightning Strike. Also, the Drainpipe Vermin is nice but Tenacious Dead fits way more with your Tymaret / Blood Bairn (Lots of damage by saccing the T-Dead to either of these and bringing it back and repeat). I would also bring in your Shadowborn Demon into the main board. This guy packs a bunch and with Tenecious Dead around, he ain't going nowhere. I'd play Bubbling Chauldron over The Whip. It's a sac source and you gain life out of it.

yeah, lightning strike probably is a better idea. I already have the tenacious dead in there if you didn't notice haha. I like the cauldron idea but not as a replacement for the whip cuz the whip is insane, but as an earlier saccing mechanic. Might take out 2 of the vermin for it. Moving shadowborn to the mainboard is probably a good idea also, might add one more to that. thanks for the comment.

The whip is good by itself, I agree, but you're more an aggro/control deck and you kind of don't care about the life gain. Your goal is to sacrifice your opponent's creatures via Act of Treason effect and I think Bubbling Chauldron works better. It cost 2 generic and 1 to activate. Whip cost 2BB and 2BB to activate. That is a lot of mana I would use on something else, like Act of Treason to end the game quickly. Plus, what are you going to whip out of your graveyard?

its mostly for the lifelink. the deck isn't fast, and it helps swing stuff around I found. Don't really need it for the ability. but yeah, u might be right still
