Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.


Deck Description

enchantment and artifact based deck. the enchantments stall and help draw with the mesa enchantress, and if the the sigil is out, they also help with offense. if everything gets killed somehow, whether it be the opponent or you sweep the board clean with planar cleansing thats actually a good thing. Bring everything back with open the vaults. thats the point. hopefully you have put some leviathan's or the soverign in your graveyard with the corpse or liliana so they get into play as well. thats it.

help always welcomed. if you have any better suggestions to get my big guys in my graveyard please tell me. keep it standard. thanks for any comments : )

Deck discussion for Open the vaults is fun! : )

I would go for more artifact creatures. That way, if you or your opponent wipes the board, you would get a ton of creatures back too.

id recommend what was used in a pretty good standard deck ive seen few weeks ago (and also built for myself from that list):

- glassdusk hulk & architects of will -> 1 mana cycling
- sphinx of lost truths -> draws into more cards and unkicked helps getting stuff to the graveyard
- necromancer*s covenant -> works with your enchantment theme, after cleaning up u can even make use of your opponents graveyard.

else i can only say that i like the theme a lot ;).

oh and i know its not a big deal but i prefer sphinx of steel wind over sovereign.

Unfortunately, unless I'm wrong. Putting enchantments from the graveyard into the battlefield, and "playing" enchantments are different. So when you cast Open The Vaults and the enchantments come in, you wont be getting your 4/4 angels. Other than that, i agree with mrgoodbytes. More artifact creatures would be prime for this deck.

i was thinking of the cycling artifacts but wasn't sure about it. i could get rid of the enchantress prob for them though. she doesn't really do anything anyway. o and iw as going to put the sphinx of the steel wind in but it costs alot of money. : (

anyways u might also consider something like mind control ? another enchantment that gives u 1. a creature, 2. possibly an angel. additionally if u return too many o-rings and that stuff u might end up enchanting your own creatures instead :P.

When you cast an Aura spell, you have to choose a target for it before this ability puts an Angel token onto the battlefield. In other words, you can't play an Aura spell intending to enchant the Angel that will be created as a result.

Whenever you play = whenever you cast. Cool idea, peter,nice suggestions doomdirk. +1

o i know. thats not the point. the point is just to get alot of them out. and why the heck would i want to pacify or remove my own angels????? lol. its all good
