The dual colour auras from shadowmoor / eventide work, shield of the oversoul, steel of the godhead and favour of the overbeing, put all of those on a rhox war monk, or any of the tri-coloured creatures (my personal favourite is Rafiq) and their getting +6/+6 lifelink, vigilance, indestructible unblockable and flying... twice.

knotvine paladin is a good choice then, doubling the effect of exalted is always a good thing. Shroud is your friend however, anyone with a destroy target creature or a tap target creature effect will bone you sideways.

I still think that you should have four infiltrators, if you don't and try to take advantage of exalted then you are just going to be blocked and nothing will happen. I agree about the shroud deal but I think the best that you could get in would be mark of asylum. Why not take out the honor of the pures for two mark of asylum. I am also still advocating my ideas stated on the last edition of this. Captured Sunlight, Rhox War Monk, and Deft Duelist just don't flow together with everything.

well thats why i originally had the aerie mystics in my sideboard for shroud. should i put those back in? people were very convincing with the rhox war monk as well. should i take those out for some guardians of akrasa and an infiltrator? or should i take out the duelist. this is very frustrating

What kind of budget deck has two Honor of the Pure's (*cough*pricy*cough*)? Other than that, fantastic deck. +1

Okay, I agree that the Rhox War Monk is a good card, but it doesn't fit the exalted theme. It would be great for a lifelink/cradle of vitality deck but lets stick with the theme. If you take out all of the War Monks and the Duelists you can put in two more avengers another infiltrator and three guardian of akrasa. I would also take out the Honor of the Pures for the mark of asylum to foil burn decks, and then take out the captured sunlights for negate, giving you further spell protection. As such I don't think you would have to worry about shroud anymore and could just leave it up to your own spells to protect you. If you do this your deck will have great consistency and would work well for you to just lock down your opponent with big blockers and counterspells while you wait for an infiltrator to attacked for probably at least six unblocked damage every turn. With the Stoic Angels in there as well you could just pick off your opponents creatures with the Avengers or even just block with a wall of denial. I really think it would work out and if it doesn't I'll just go and off myself.

You aren't fooling anyone, 'nox. We all know there will be at least 4 more attempts. ;)

But seriously, every single one of these decks as looked good to me. Stop stressing. The best way to find out if a deck works is to play it, you know...

Now that that's out of the way, would you kindly help me with my Kobold problem? I seem to have an infestaion and would like to exploit it.
