Deck Description

After being annihilated by boros reckoner at an FNM, I decided to give it a shot and had to add my favorite card from RTR, Izzet Staticaster. Since I went Izzet the first prerelease and boros the second time it also seemed like a good fit. It is also designed to not need to use expensive cards like Sphinx's Revelation and Bonfire of the Damned even though they are completely viable in this deck. As for suggestions I'd appreciate any help on specific substitutions but I'd prefer they be fairly cheap sicnce I'm on a budget.

How to Play

Since it is a burn/ control/ tempo deck there is no real mana curve but try to get out all creatures but save a reckoner for later in case you have to verdict. Also the chemister w/ blasphemous act and Izzet staticaster plus azorius charm can gain some serious life. This deck is intended to work well with cards like Ral Zarek from Dragon's Maze so they can alo work as well.

Deck discussion for USA Control-Burn

You've marked your deck as unloved, but haven't asked any questions.
Just from looking over it, I think you need to make some room for Pillar of Flame to take out gravecrawlers.

If you didn't know already if you play both charms on the Reckoner and have it deal damage to itself you'll have infinite life.
