Ultimate Burn

this deck is everything that red does, it acts fast and deadly. the win comes from getting a couple creatures out and then using a hand full of 1 drop burn spells to either clear a path for kiln fiend or souleater, or activating pyromancer or guttersnipe.

at a very cheap price point, this deck is a great just to have around so you can give your friends a quick beat down if your not doing too well. you can cheapen it by replacing young pyromancer with incinerate or thunderous wrath which were removed for mana cost reasons, 2 sounds low but when you want to throw three spells with 3 land, cmc 2 can be annoying.

get 1 or 2 creatures out and use your burn spells to obliterate your opponents defenses and/or life. there are very few lands, and the deck will run fine with only 3 on the field. here is how the creatures should be usually used:

kiln fiend - use your burn spells to clear the path and hit with kiln fiend for massive damage, excess spells on the player for a double wammy.

guttersnipe - use all your spells on the player, guttersnipe turns the 2 damage into 4, so 5 spells out of 24 is all you need to be lethal.

young pyromancer - burn whatever you need to and fill the field with 1/1's and swing for massive damage.

immolating souleater - get them down to less than 10 life and clear the field and then soul eater can hit for lethal by burning most of your life to fuel it.

getting 2+ creatures creates the best effects but sometimes that takes too long. be very aggressive but don't throw away your creatures. and if you can't do it with the first wave, save up for another wave, don't just throw 1 per turn if you can help it.
