Please help me by advising me how to reduce this deck down to 60 cards but it has to be legal in type 2 tournament. Please also advise me what you think should be in the side deck

take out Nearheath Pilgrim, Druids' Repository, 1 Cathars' Crusade, 1 Sigarda, Host of Herons, 1 Plains, Devout Chaplain, probably move some into sideboard, 1 hamlet captain. Try that? :P
I know that Primal Surge is high cost, but with the complete lack of spells, it would work wonders for getting any card you want out.
I would take out all of the high casting spells and creatures. I have constructed a fairly good human deck, and the highest human is a 3 cost, with a 8 mana game ending Avacyn thrown in for good measure. You just want your mana curve end at 5-6, as I threw my avacyn in for flavor, not so much gameplay. Also you should add a few instants/sorceries/equipments. Good deck though.
