The owner of this deck hasn't added a sideboard, they probably should...

Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.

Deck Description

A mono-blue deck that abuses the interaction between Teferi, Mage of Zhalfir and Eye of the Storm to secure its combo: Eye of the Storm + Spellstorm = Playing every spell in your deck, and milling you opponent with targetted draw. Play like a mono-U control deck until the turn it goes off.

I'm working on a similar deck.

I'm not quite sure what the win condition is. Sure you can get them with repeated Compulsive research to deck them... but you don't seem to have anything to finish with.

Teferi isn't really a clock, and you can't count on him being able to push through for a win, though you have evacuation to clear the board.

If you are using the Signets for acceleration why not switch to Izzett signets and then run some burn, this works well with the Eye of the storm concept.

no no, thats not it... if you spellshift ANY spell after eye is out, you get to play EVERY INSTANT AND SORCERY IN YOUR DECK. ;) therin lies the awesome - its a one-turn win once you get spellshift and any other instant/sorcery in your hand, and meanwhile, you have a sick lock.
