This is almost exactly my Goblin beatdown deck, except I have Wrap in Flames instead of Panic Attack, Bushwackers instead of Ragin Goblins, and Tuktuk :-)

Panic attack allows your goblins to get around giant 4/4's while wrap in flames can only hurt it. Tuktuk is in my sideboard for decks that slow the game down.

I also use Claws of Valakut, they help boost my goblins just in case the game moves on past turn 5.
I found a spot to put claws in. I like it even early in the game so that against burn decks you have no trouble against ball lightning. It also works really well with panic attack too.
