They had an argument earlier that has since been removed. He isn't trying to "friend" him, he is just asking if the have a truce.

Door of Destinies isn't bad, it just isn't for this deck and a lot of times you can find a better alternative.
It's for standard.
I'm not fully sure who you are addressing, Anders.
I think he was making a joke.
I don't understand a word either if you are saying. You guys need to refine these comments.
You've been rather polite on this thread Benny, but that was a rather dick thing to say. This deck is perfectly fine. Just because it doesn't fit your play style doesn't mean it's bad.
I love your username.Dudeface is awesome.
I agree that Door of Destinies is made for tribe based decks, but with this deck it seems better to just drop more slivers like Benny said. Casting more slivers already boosts your other slivers, Door of Destinies would just put you a turn behind.
"Blistercoil doesn't boost enough to become lethal" and "I'd love to put that in but there's no space left in the Main Deck OR Sideboard :/" are two memorable quotes.
This deck doesn't run green.
Very true.
Sorry if i sounded like a mother there.
Making a two colored sliver decks also make it easier to add non-sliver spells, like this deck has. I would also like to point out that everyone who plays magic has a personal preference and opinion that dictates their play style. So where as you may find one style more effective, and i may find another, we each are right in our own way.
Nice deck. To answer your comment though I agree slivers SHOULD be five colored decks, but with the slivers that are in standard now, that doesn't seem to be the case.
And betting on getting one of four cards out of a sixty card deck every time isn't a great idea.
I'm just stating that as a possibility. He is only using M14 and Ravnica cards, so i'm assuming that is for a reason.
I did fail to see that Manaweft Sliver gave you any color of mana, but replacing Striking Sliver with Bonesycthe Sliver is a bad idea. Removing Striking Sliver would take away this decks only one drop and add another to four, throwing the mana curve off base. But that doesn't mean Bonescythe Sliver is necessarily a bad addition. Even though you can add several white slivers, he does have to stop adding things at some point. And I haven't seen the deck of yours you are talking about, but why do you use Aurelia instead of Sentinel Sliver like you had said earlier?
He is probably making this deck ready for when those rotate out.
Because he probably would have added the white slivers otherwise.
