You could cut down the price a bit an take out the Thassas. Despite their scry ability, I don't see getting devotion to her because you don't have a lot of permanents that even have 2 blue mana in their mana costs. I also don't see a lot of depth in Elite Arcanist as I don't think the instants combo well with him (except Silence if you sideboard it in). He's also a 1/1 for 4 mana which can be easily taken care of. If getting out worms is your main goal, then i'm not sure why blue is in here in the first place. You could go easy on yourself by making the deck mono-selesnya and go from adding cards from there (my current Selesnya Deck I personally think is a nice build so far since it populates enough to get it going, and if you really have 4 Voice or Resurgences, use that to your advantage and make a better deck than what I have.

Well, for one thing, any deck with Devotion and is mono-colored should have at least 1 Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx no matter what. And here's 2 cards worth experimenting: Peregrination, and Colossus of Akros. Reasons for those 2 should be a little self-explanitory.
I don't know why you called this deck jealousy because I'm not feeling jealous when I look at it.
Good question. Maybe 1 Spear of Heliod since they're legendary, and 1 or 2 Archetype of Courages because having 2 Archetypes seems a little usless since they'll give you the same effect.
Have you considered Rootborn Defenses and Druid' Deliverance for support for your worms? Both are very quick for Standard and both can protect you at the worst of times.
I didn't even realize Chosen could combo with anything. So very nice combo now that that's mentioned. Need anymore land? Maybe you can add a 4th Nykthos since you have plenty of devotion to add mana faster. Actually, if you have so many enchantments to combo with Chosen, then why not add 1 or 2 more of him?
The deck looks very fun for when you get Chromanticore on anything. I'd mainboard the Chromatic Lanterns unless you know you have enough chances to pull off any colored mana and, in the world of Standard, the ability to do it at a moderate speed. Charging Badger really has no purpose, as It's one effect is useless unless Chromanticore is equipped with it which already gives it trample. I'd recommend using Elvish Mystics over the badgers. Ramping, right? How about replacing the Skylashers with Mistcutter Hydras (possibly sideboard them) since Mistcutter Hydras are going to have more power than Skylasher. Despite the next recommendation possibly biased, I'd recommend some Darksteel Ingots as they serve as more Chromatic Lanterns when you have 4 in the deck. The artifacts can get you faster mana to play Chromanticore even faster as well as have more consistency. On the subject of ramping, Peregrination is a card worth experimenting, Verdant Haven isn't only another "one mana of any color effect", but life gain as well, and Karametra, God of the Harvests, unless you don't have enough devotion, can get you some land when you can easily play creatures. Not to mention that god is only worth a few bucks. Hope that helped!
How about using Door of Destinites?
Maybe he didn't have room.
So very nice deck (and clever name). Barrage of Expendables I think wouldn't be a bad option because it's something that stays on the field and can give your opponents damage just incase you don't have Fling.
R/G Monsters: My god, this deck is good.R/G/U Monsters: HEELLLLOOOOOOOO!!!Very nice deck with the whole combos with Domri and Prophet. Not exactly sure why there's a lot of 2 of's in the deck but still very nice. Maybe 1 or 2 more Kiora's Follower in here just because it's a really nice card.
Looks very nice for bant now that Sphinx's Revelation and lands are in here. If you can, getting 2 Jace, Architect of Thought would be great for the deck. With the duel deck out, they should be a little easier to get. Azorius Charm is also a nice card for the deck since it can let you draw, remove a creature for a turn and slow down the draw, or give you life when necessary. I hope that helped!
Breaking // Entering is still a very cheap (moneywise) option.
Well now that's mentioned, replace Paranoid Delusions with Breaking // Entering, and Hidden Strings could be just fine. Though with untapping in mind, Triton Tactics is fantastic because when your opponent's creatures attack, you can use Doorkeeper's ability to tap and mill and then play Triton Tactics to untap them, have creatures your opponent's control not untap next turn, and tap again for more milling.
and maybe some removal like Doom Blade, Ultimate Price, Whelming Wave (for one turn), etc.
Wow, I never realized the Fated Infatuation + Master combo, so very nice! If you need more devotion, try Tidebinder Mage as it can help to your aggro strategy as a 2/2 for 2.
oh...........well dangit.
As a double striker that could get Chromanticore's abilities, that actually might be deadly. thanks!
Thank you, I'll take that into consideration.
Well then sideboard Lightning Strike / Magma Jet (whichever one you don't need as for most of the threats in Standard) and then mainboard the other.
