Deck Description

Let's give the Izzet some respect, OK? At least experiment with it OK? Strange way to make a new deck / deck idea right? Just trying to come up with more ideas and this idea, unlike the others, can actually be affordable this time. Fluxcharger, was kind of an interesting one for me. It's a 1/5 that switch's power and toughness whenever you cast an instant or sorcery. I was thinking that I can make a deck based around this new card and you know, add cards that go with it. I'll explain how I manage to do that in the "How to play" Summary.

Oh, also, see what I did with the name? Get it? Weird as in the "Weird"-type creatures and Izzet as in the guild? LOLZ

How to Play

Goal of the deck: Swing with a Fluxcharger's switched power and toughness 4 times and win the game. At the same time, it can play defensive with it's burn spells and deciding not to switch Fluxcharger's P/T.

So there's a lot of counter and burn in this deck for those pesky creatures, especially Mizzium Mortars, which can board wipe your opponent's creatures just as long as they don't control something big.

As you might have realized, there is also green in this deck and yes, there's only 2 kinds of green cards in here (excluding Kessig Wolf Run). Farseek can ramp to get out Fluxcharger on turn 3 and Burst of Strength? WEIRD one to put in here (haha, I did the pun again). the Point of that is to when after you attack with the Fluxcharger, OH NO, something attacks you! Use Burst of Strength not only untapping it, but it can also give it a +1/+1 counter on it, which means more power when you decide to attack with it, and more toughness when you decide to block with it.

Mizzium Skin? Another WE- Alright, I'll stop. Mizzium skin gives the creature Hexproof, since, especially since it's toughness is one when you want attack with it, can protect it from a burn spell or counter-spell or whatever. pretty nice actually, since even if your opponent IZZE- (Alright, I promised to stop.) Even if your opponent isn't using a burn/counter/removal spell, we can sideboard it out.

So there you go. I'm the Hydreigon Muppet Master, and I know what you're thinking:

WEIRD, IZZET it!?!?!? OK I had to do that.
