I have a fun sliver deck that is red green white. I think having 5 colors would not help you get the right mana for th slivers. Try getting a couple Pulmonic Slivers in there. Also, homing slivers are a great way to get the cards you need. Other than that it sounds good. slivers are the most over powered creatures in the game.

Well I have the crypt sliver for regeneration. Since I have nothing but creatures, gemhide slivers, and ancient ziggurat help with color. But you are right I do need to get a homing sliver.
add a bloom tender in there or a birds to speed it up trust me

take out telekenetic sliver it not too good. and the add 3 legions for 60
Kinda pricey, but I do see how it'd be more beneficial for the deck.
I know that this is late but Legions are damn expensive and even though there good, wouldn't coat of arms accomplish the same thing?
