What the title said. Best combo: At least 2 Etherium Sculptors, 4 Esperzoas, 4 Parastitic, at least 1 Sludge Strider, at least 4 mana, preferably 8 with 1 strider. Every turn you'll steal 8+ life for 4 mana, can only be prevented with counter, as it isn't damage. Sideboard is for Removal happy and burn decks.

What would I take out?
well for starters you could use artifact lands and glimmerviod along with mox opal and cranial plating
Why would I need artifact lands? They would only help 1 card, which there are only 2 of. I suppose you could also use them with Sludge Strider, but you should really be spending your mana on something other than land. Not to mention the fact that, in a three color deck, you're better off using dual lands unless the artifact lands are crucial. Mox Opal is meh. I won't be able to use it turn one and I have cheap enough things to where it's not necessary, especially with the Sculptors. Cranial Plating would be lovely . . . if I planned on attacking frequently.
