i think this would be too slow for a traditional infect decks that are created nowadays. how about adding some ramp so you could cast spinebiter earlier, or maybe some other card that can cast it faster..may birthing pod. maybe have an acidic slime to sac for the spinebiter. i think pump cards is also good for this like giant growth, groundswell, and vines of vastwood. personally ichoose vines of vastwood as it can also protect your creatures. assault strobe is also good. also, with glistener elf, you could have a turn 2 kill with turn 1: forest glistener elf turn 2: mountain, groundswell, assaultstrobe, swing glistener elf for 10 poison counters. those are just my suggestions though, have fun with the deck pls check out my deck also and leave a comment and any kind of suggestion to improve the deck. thanks http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=181674
