i'm sure the swords are meant to be power swords and vault skyward is an assault marine jump pack. breeding pool is a tyranid reference. seaside citadel and temple garden could be either imperium or eldar temples. voidslime is probably to do with chaos daemons or plague marines, not entirely sure. wolf-skull shaman is a space wolves chaplain. that's as far as i can get without knowing a great deal about space wolves.

Breeding Pool can also be a reference to the fact that Astartes are vat-grown.
maybe the primarchs were but the rest are augmented humans. still i'll give you that one :)
Technically, yes, but on several occasions, they've been referred to as vat grown, due to the process of augmentation.
