The goal of the deck is to get all five basic land types into play. This is done using Lay of Land and Harrow. Once this is done, the deck takes advantage of Tribal Flames and Draco to finish off the opponent. The deck also uses Legacy Weapon to take out problem cards, or to cripple your opponent until you can finish him. Normally by turn three I have all 5 land types out and can drop down Draco.

I like this deck, but here are some changes I recomend. -1 Draco, +2 Tek. +1 Collective Restraint, +1 Evasive Action, -1 Last Stand, +1 Planar Portal. This is just me but, I would take out all the creature, Except Cromat and add the 5 Dragon Legends, ALSO +2 Coalition Victory.
