There are dwarves in past editions that works a bit like lords.I remember them being close to scourge and torment.Most were berserker dwarves.

Yeah, Kaladesh also introduced some genuinely good and useful dwarves. The deck would probably be better without clones and just putting in actual good dwarves along with the original 7.This isn't as much a dwarf tribal though, as an attempt at cloning the same card as many times as possible, while also including the other elements of the Snow White story.None of the non-dwarves even help the deck, but they're thematic.
The good thing is he can actually add 7 dwarf legends for example making it clear who the 7 special dwarves are. Or if not legends then 7 dwarfcards with unique names.
The first known snow white seven dwarves was made during the first tests of the alpha game, and snow white was a craw worm and the dwarves were 7 wholly mammoth's with a Disney dwarf name written on it.
