You have too many different slivers, if you really want to make it more consistent stick to a select few that can work well towards your main goal. Atleast thats my way of aproaching slivers, instead of adding lots of different slivers,

Usually what I do, is I let my opponents play around a little, before killing them. If I were to make a sliver deck that is MADE to kill FAST, then what'd be the fun in that? Sure, it'd be cool but I like to play with my friends, so this deck is meant to power up a good amount, and just keep opponents at bay by bringing their life down pretty low just in case you need to kill them immediately just in case they suddenly start attacking. It's a good deck to just have a good time with.
