A red human/burn deck whose primary goal is the effect of Vigilante Justice.
Mob Instinct plays off the card Vigilante Justice. The humans are cheap to bring out and if you have the mana, you can really do some direct damage. The deck was not made to attack, but it was made to bring out as many humans as you can, as fast as you can. Side boarded Minion Reflector, really anything that can get you copies of human creatures would work though.

Welcome to Magic! :)Are u playing standard or modern as some of those cards in there arent standard legal.Some pillar of flame in your sideboard would do nicely against zombies and undying creatures.Hope this helps!
Overall, I love your idea, and I just like to nick pick, but if you are doing mono red human deck, a staple (IMO) you should be running is reckless waif. Aside from that and keeping it to a budget, not bad. But if you have more money and time to put together, look at my deck for some idea, but try to put in only 1 or 2 drop humans and keep to your original spell setup more or less for burn but also token generation.http://www.mtgvault.com/urinduil/decks/bring-out-the-humans/
