Basically it's a -1/-1 counter deck. A friend asked me what if Niv-Mizzet had infect. My mind began to come up with wonderfully horrific ideas of how badly someone would feel if Niv could actually infect them instead of burn them.This is the best I could do on the spot.
Infect and Wither your opponents down. Niv can be used for the Killing blow but isn't necessarily necessary. Take your opponents creatures, give them infect, continue the process of taking and killing. All's fun that ends fun right?
