Ah yes.. Rakdos... The theme that is all about emptying your hand and destroying your opponent with what's left.. Gobhobbler Rats should be replaced. They're just not that good. Also, you need Fiery Temper. The ability to discard a card and cast a Lightning Bolt at the same time is too good to pass up. With this configuration, don't expect to get hellbent until the turn you kill your enemy. Therefore, replace Cackling Flames with Incinerate.

cackling flames is rather smelly demon jester is so-so you do, however, need 4 ashenmoor gougers, and consider some demogods, even if they don't fit the theme. but definately the gougers, maybe the demigods (ups your curve) Cut cackling flames, gobhobbler rats, and nettling curse, add another demonfire, another guildmage, 4 gougers, and 3 avatars of discord. and consider some killsuit cultists for cheap sacraficial goodness.
I'm surprised u don't run avatar of discord and Oona's Prowler. They're good air ships and work well in this deck. Demonfire and Rakdos Signet could be replaced, too... I think augur of skulls and another discard addition would fit better.
I like Hymn to tourach, but it's not extended.
