This deck aims to do 2(or 3 if you want to be difficult) things. Tap/Untap and generate lots of mana. The deck wins by assembling an infinite tap/untap loop to kill your opponent.
Use freed from the real on gyre engineer to generate infinite mana. freed from the real on pain seer lets you draw a card for every 2 blue you are willing to spend. of course the combo of isochron scepter and dramatic reversal will allow for inifinite untap effects as long as you can generate 2 mana outside of lands.
