Deck Description

Stasis Decks use their namesake enchantment to lock the opponent out and then win with some random contrived combo that usually takes 60ish turns. This is a stasis deck.

The Green and White splashes allow the deck to be way more consistent, albeit more expensive because of the crazy fetchless land base. Fetches thin the deck too much and don't work well with stasis, so there you go 2000+ dollars in lands!

Even with the splashes, the core of the deck is blue permission and draw for assembling the pieces.

Stasis + Root Maze + Forsaken City locks out the opponent entirely and will win you the game eventually. Anvil of Bogardin helps you find the Owl, which lets you win in 10-20 turns instead of 40-50.

The deck runs no (real) creatures so the opponents removal is completely blanked. Post-sideboard this may change, I'm not sure yet.

How to Play

I use Root Maze to completely lock out my opponent and to slow down fetches and things from aggro decks like Goblins or Affinity, so don't be afraid to play it early.

Only keep hands with a clear game plan, goldfish the deck A LOT before going anywhere with it to see what kinds of hands to keep.

You only have 1 win con really, so if it gets destroyed, hope you counted your deck right and they mill before you do.
