If you're really having trouble, try running a few Harabaz druids and some chromatic lanterns. Should fix all of your color problems in a pinch.

I have to agree dropping at least one color would be a great start. looking at it, it might be fun to make this sort of like a jund build. could then run some terminates and blightnings in the deck. http://cardgametalk.wordpress.com/
