Deck Description

The goal of the deck is to play around the cards Neoform and Eldritch Evolution, playing up the converted mana costs into more and more powerful creatures. Eventually, you can play up into Wurmcoil Engine and Thragtusk, allowing you to restart the cycle with their death triggers.

The concept for the deck comes from the infamous Birthing Pod decks of years past. Originally, the concept I had was a five-color mess of things, meant to play into the Melira-Viscera Seer-Murderous Redcap infinite combo, but I decided to make a more efficient three-color midrange. I was debating a Black splash for Siege Rhino in this period, before switching it to Temur for Lightning Bolt and Huntmaster of the Fells.

How to Play

There are two things that I always check for in an opening hand for this deck: the first is either a Neoform or an Eldritch Evolution, and a creature to sacrifice to them. From there, the engine can start by returning cards from graveyard with Eternal Witness, to continue the engine and fill the board with creatures.
