Time...You won't have to worry about this damage, becauseyou can use either Personal Sanctuary (to prevent it),or Reverse Polarity (to gain life from it). Contagion Claspis here again to help speed up the process by adding morecounters on clocks, or +1/+1 counters on creatures youcontrol.
